1.DIRECTOR'S SECRETARY

Qualification :

  • Single female with age max 33 years old
  • Min Diploma in Secretary/ Communication/ Business Administration.
  • Min 2 years experiences.
  • Post experience in working for CEOs and company directors is an advantage.
  • Good command of English (oral & written).
  • Desire to learn, good attitude and well groomed.
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization technique.
  • The ability to be proactive and use your initiative: to see what needs doing and to do it.
  • The ability to use standard software packages (ex : Microsoft Office) and to learn bespoke packages if required.
  • Well organized person,having time-management skill and be able to handle multi-tasking job.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Placement in Bandung with high mobility out of town.

Job Description :

  • Managing and organizing meeting and appointments of Director (assessing priority as necessary), also ensure that Director is well prepared for those meetings.
  • Preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
  • Reminding the important task or meeting.
  • Make sure their busy schedules run smoothly.
  • Coordinating with internal/external parties of the company regarding the schedule of meetings and/or events that related to Director. (Example: coordinate with Protocol Manager regarding to Directors' meetings, Limited meetings, Commisioners' and Directors' meetings, Seminars, Ministries, and Institution Meetings, etc.)
  • Process Director's correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the Director/or on behalf of the Director, or other staff as appropriate.
  • Managing all trust incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Manage bookings and arranging travel, tranportation, and accomodation for Director.
  • Dealing with the related division about anything related Director announcement/information.
  • Performs clerical and administrative task including drafting letters, memos, invoice, reports, other documents of director, and maintaining records.
  • Provide administrative support and assistance to other assigned officials and/or other leadership staff.
  • Performs additional duties as may reasonable be required by director and/or assigned by related division.

2.VICE PRESIDENT DIGITAL CHANNEL

Qualification :

  • Pendidikan S1 di bidang Teknologi Informasi dan S2 di bidang Business lebih diprioritaskan
  • Pengalaman minimal 10 tahun di bidang Pengembangan Bisnis, Produk Digital, dan Project Management Officer.
  • Memahami konsep Digital Marketing
  • Memiliki pengalaman bekerja dalam memimpin dengan target revenue lebih diprioritaskan.
  • Memahami konsep Digital Teknologi Platform sebagai solusi bisnis agile
  • Memiliki skil komunikasi, baik lisan maupun tulisan
  • Memiliki kemampuan bernegosiasi
