PT. Cladtek Bi Metal Manufacturing ialah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa industri untuk beberapa pekerjaan mengenai material logam, khususnya proses Weld Overlaydan Lining pada pipa baja karbon untuk keperluan industri. PT Cladtek merupakan perusahaan yang memiliki kuota produksi pipa cladding terbesar di Indonesia, dan juga salah satu yang terbesar di dunia.

Sejak Dimulai Pada Tahun 2005 Fokusnya Selalu Pada Pengembangan Proses Dan Teknologi Untuk Memberikan Solusi Luar Biasa Yang Skalabel Dan Hemat Biaya. Saat ini Cladtek merupakan pemasok terbesar lapisan las Paduan Tahan Korosi (CRA) secara global dan pemasok terkemuka pipa berlapis mekanis (MLP) CRA.

Dari awal yang sederhana, bisnis ini telah berkembang secara global dan kini mengoperasikan tiga fasilitas manufaktur yang dibangun khusus di Indonesia, Brasil, dan Arab Saudi.

1. OHC Operator

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Senior High School education.
• Must have SIO K3 Overhead Crane and a minimum Class III license.
• Minimum ofl year’s experience in a similar role.

2. Learning & Development Specialist

Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration,
• Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development, ora related field is reguired.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training development management and activities.
• Have experience in an MNC or Energy Company is preferred.
• Have experience in designing, developing, and delivering a variety of learning programs in a dynamic business environment (e.g., Leadership/Apprenticeship/Management Trainee Programs).
• Have strong understanding of effective learning methodologies and tools for instructional design and learning evaluation.
• Have experience with E-learning software would be an advantage.
• Have familiarity or proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Presentation).
• Fluency in business English communication in both written and spoken forms.

3. Forklift Operator

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Senior High School education.
• Hold a minimum class III K3 license.
• Have a minimum of lyear’s experience in a similar role.

4. Electrical Technician

Qualifications

• Have minimum Diploma (D3) graduate in an electronics role.
• Have minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in reading technical drawings, electrical, and pneumatic schematics.
• Experience with leading electrical controls/automation improvement projects.
• Knowledge of electrical theory and installation technigues.
• Understanding of the national electrical code.
• Knowledge of power distribution and grounding technigues.
• Basic PLC troubleshooting knowledge.
• Ability to understand detailed electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Ability to accurately diagnose malfunctions in the electrical and mechanical systems of machines and provide concise explanations of the underiying causes of these issues.
• Must be able to use analog and digital muitimeters.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Training development management and activities.
• Strong understanding of effective learning methodologies and tools for instructional design and learning evaluation.
• Familiarity with or proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Presentation).
• Experience in an MNC or Energy Company is preferred.
• Experience in e-learning software would be advantageous.
• Good in business English communication in both written and spoken forms.

6. Sr. Project Quality Engineer

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably in Mechanical/Material Engineer.
• Experience in project management & Ouality Engineering background.
• Expertise in related international codes & standards.
• Personality – Good ABCDE (Attitude, Behaviour, Character, Dicipline & Enthusiasm).
• Good in Ouality tools (A3, 4M & BD).
• Must be computer literate and professional in Ms Office Applications.
• Flexibility in communication reguirements (ie must be able to effectively and professionally communicate with people from any position in the organization).

7. CNC Technician

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electronically role.
• Minimum years experience in similar capacity.
• Have knowledge of OEM machine controllers (FANUC, Siemens and NTT) & Fault finding.
• Have knowledge of tool probing function for CNC Mill Machines.
• Able to work with complex NC machine up to & including S5 Axis
• Perform machine levelling and alignment on all machine.
• Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics and software, electrical pneumatric and mechanical system.

8. Mechanical Technical

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in a mechanical role.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in the use of ali components, eguipment, tools, and technigues used in a Mechanical/Hydraulic/Electrical workshop.
• Ability to satisfactorily demonstrate proficiency in Machine Repair, Machine Tool Operations, Pipefitting, and welding.
• Functional knowledge of mechanical components Ivalves, pipe fittings, bearings, motors, gearboxes, etc).
• Ability to read and/or interpret mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic biueprints or schematics.
• Able to explain basic electronic principles used in electrical maintenance technician work assignments.

9. Camera Technician

Qualifictions

• Minimum of a Diploma (D3) in Electronics or related field.
• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Hands-on experience in handling various electronic/carnera eguipment.
• Possess knowledge of electrical theory and installation technigues.
• Have knowledge and understanding of the national electrical code.
• Understand how to install camera systems based on technician specifications.
• Know how to operate power and manual tools safely to prevent accidents.
• Have knowledge of making cable and wiring connections accurately.
